The invention discloses a device and method capable of avoiding bicker of an air-conditioner heating system. According to the method, a water valve is arranged in a heating and ventilation water inlet pipe enabling an electronic thermostat and a heating and ventilation air-conditioner assembly to be connected; the water valve is controlled by a bodywork controller to be switched on or off according to vehicle speed and rotational speed signals monitored by a CAN bus in real time and the temperature monitored by a water temperature sensor in real time. When the rotational speed of an engine is greater than A and the vehicle speed is smaller than B, the bodywork controller drives the water valve to perform water shutoff; when the water temperature is higher than 50 DEG C, the water shutoff frequency is increased by one time; when the rotational speed of the engine is smaller than A' or the vehicle speed is greater than B', the bodywork controller drives the water valve to perform to discharge water; when the water temperature is higher than 50 DEG C and the water shutoff frequency is greater than a specific frequency within short time, water shutoff is stopped. Thus, water is prevented from flowing into a heating and ventilation core, and the bicker is avoided. The device and method capable of avoiding the bicker of the air-conditioner heating system have the advantages that the bicker can be avoided while the heating effect of an air conditioner is guaranteed, and therefore riding comfort can be achieved better.
