The invention relates to a buoyancy stick, and belongs to the technical field of water buoyancy devices. The buoyancy stick comprises a hollow stick body and plugging parts sealed at the two ends of the stick body. The stick body is an EPE foamed pipe molded through extrusion through an extruding machine after high foaming is carried out on LDPE.
