Provided is a dust cover assembly having a novel structure, the dust cover assembly being configured in such a manner that a dust cover which consists of a resin and an upper insulator which consists of rubber are simply attached to each other with sufficient strength and in such a manner that the dust cover assembly effectively prevents the entry of foreign matter and has excellent durability. A cylinder section (30) for engagement is formed integrally with the upper side of the bellows cylinder section (18) of a dust cover (14). The cylinder section (30) for engagement has formed therein circumferentially extending engaging grooves (32, 34) which are open at the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder section (30). An annular upper insulator (16) has formed on the inner peripheral surface thereof circumferentially extending engaging protrusions (44, 46) which protrude toward the inner peripheral side of the upper insulator (16). The cylinder section (30) for engagement, which is integral with the dust cover (14), is inserted into the upper insulator (16), and the engaging protrusions (44, 46) are inserted into the engaging grooves (32, 34) and axially engaged therewith.
