Abstract

An electric vehicle comprises: a frame having a front end and a rear end; a plurality of batteries supported by the frame; an electric motor supported by the frame; a rear differential mounted adjacent a rear end of the frame and operatively connected to the electric motor for drivingly engaging the rear differential; and a front differential and overrunning clutch operatively connected to the electric motor.

Un véhicule électrique comprend : un châssis ayant une extrémité avant et une extrémité arrière; un moteur électrique et une pluralité de batteries supportés par le châssis; un différentiel arrière monté de manière adjacente à une extrémité arrière du châssis et raccordé de manière fonctionnelle au moteur électrique aux fins dengagement dentraînement du différentiel arrière; et un embrayage à différentiel et à roue libre avant raccordé de manière fonctionnelle au moteur électrique.
