The invention relates to a method for producing a protective reinforcement (30) of the leading edge (16) of a vane (12), in which the reinforcement (30) is produced by depositing a metallic coating by thermal spraying under compression on the leading edge (16). The invention also relates to a vane (12), in particular of a blade of a turbomachine, helicopter or propeller, the leading edge (16) of which is protected by such a reinforcement (10).

Procédé de réalisation d'un renfort de protection (30) du bord d'attaque (16) d'une pale (12), dans lequel le renfort (30) est réalisé en déposant un revêtement métallique par projection thermique en compression sur le bord d'attaque (16). Pale (12), en particulier d'aube de turbomachine, d'hélicoptère ou d'hélice, dont le bord d'attaque (16) est protégé par un tel renfort (10).
