Administration robots specifically cooperate with individuals, so finding a more regular and simple user interface is of major significance. While prior works have concentrated basically on issues, for example, control and route in the earth, couple of automated frameworks are utilized with easy to understand interfaces that have the capacity to control the robot by characteristic means. Along these lines, we actualize a robot that can be controlled by client with hand gesture. With the help of this method synchronization between robot and hand gesture palm is done. Then by using these gestures command signals is generated using image processing. These signs are then gone to the robot to explore it in the predefined directions. By using these commands, robot is moved in all possible directions in the any area using fourpossible types of specific commands which are Right, Left,Forward, and Backward. The Arduino Microcontroller used to control the robot. A high sensitive induction type metaldetector is utilized for bomb recognition which utilizes colpitts oscillator standard. This system is much useful for mines detection, military and surveillance applications.
