As the modern logistics industry is a rapidly booming industry which is highly related to the development of national economy, its safety issue not only affects the logistics industry, but also the healthy development of national economy. Hence it is important to study the safety issue of logistics industry. According to the characteristics of the logistics industry, this article interprets the safety issues of logistics industry with industrial security theory from the perspective of economic safety. It then sets up the evaluation index system of logistics industrial security and analyzes the principles of evaluation and designs every element of the evaluation index system in detail. It also analyzes and studies every index in this system systematically and sets up the evaluation model of logistics industrial security.
