After the shock of increasing fuel price, faced with global economic depression, airline companies must set up strategies to improve their operations and reduce their cost. This article inspected the interactive relationship between airline companies and their fuel supplies. In order to reduce the procurement cost, a pricing attunement model was built to help airline companies adapt to fuel price fluctuating time.
