In the upsurge of sharing economy, sharing logistics has become a hot spot. As one of the innovative modes of the shared logistics resources, joint distribution can not only improve the loading rate of freight vehicles and reduce logistics costs, but also relieve the traffic pressure and reduce environmental pollution in the city. This reflects the development concept of green logistics. In this paper, based on the mode of joint distribution, the electric vehicle routing problem with shared vehicles and shared distribution centers is modeled, assigning charging stations for the route which needs recharging, optimizing the delivery route and minimizing delivery cost, simultaneously. Compared with the traditional electric vehicle routing problem, the vehicle does not need to return to the initial distribution center after completing the delivery task, which greatly reduces the total travel distance. Through the numerical example analysis, the model is solved by LINGO, and the accuracy of the model is verified. Research shows that “joint distribution with electric vehicle routing optimization” provides a new way for developing urban logistics.
