The present application relates to a method by which a computing means monitors a harbor, and disclosed in one embodiment is a method for monitoring a harbor, comprising the steps of: acquiring a harbor image including the sea and a ship; extracting, from the harbor image, a pair of first points corresponding to both end portions of a bottom surface on which the ship comes in contact with sea level, and a pair of second points corresponding to the bow and the stern of the ship; acquiring berthing-related information about the ship on the basis of the pair of first points; and acquiring collision-related information about the ship, including the distance between the ship and another ship on the basis of the pair of second points.
