According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a method for performing forced car dispatching considering driver fatigue which comprises the steps of: accumulating and storing driving distance, driving route, driving time and driving itinerary information of each of at least one driver in a database unit as a driving history; and forcibly allocating each dispatching request received from at least one passenger to each of the at least one driver by referring to an operation history of each of the at least one driver in a car dispatching request allocating unit.

    본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예로서 기사피로도를 고려한 강제배차를 수행하는 방법은 데이터베이스부에서 적어도 하나의 기사 각각의 운행거리, 운행경로, 운행시간 및 운행여정정보를 운행히스토리로 누적하여 저장하는 저장단계; 및 배차요청할당부에서 상기 적어도 하나의 기사 각각의 상기 운행히스토리를 참고하여 적어도 하나 이상의 승객으로부터 수신한 배차 요청 각각을 적어도 하나의 기사 각각에게 강제로 할당하는 단계;를 포함한다.
