According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a vehicle allocation optimization method in a forced vehicle allocation server comprises the following steps of: receiving information on business end time of each driver; and receiving at least one predicted driving route including departure and destination information from at least one passenger and considering remaining business hours and return time to a garage of each driver to forcibly allocate each of the received predicted driving routes to each of at least one waiting driver. Therefore, a problem caused by a driver refusing to take passengers can be prevented.

    본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예로서, 강제배차서버에서 배차최적화방법은 각 기사의 영업 종료시간에 대한 정보를 수신하는 단계; 및 적어도 하나의 승객으로부터 출발지와 목적지 정보가 포함된 적어도 하나의 예상운행경로를 수신하고, 상기 각 기사의 남은 영업시간과 차고지로의 복귀시간을 고려하여 수신한 예상운행경로 각각을 대기중인 적어도 하나의 기사 각각에게 강제로 배차하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
