The present invention relates to a driving supporting technology in consideration of characteristics of a driver, including: a camera sensor for generating a driver image by photographing the driver; a driving environment sensing portion including a voice sensor for receiving a voice of a driver and a vehicle sensor for receiving a running state of the vehicle; a driver model determining portion for determining characteristics of a driver based on the driver image and selecting a specific driver model; and a driver state determining portion for determining the drivers driving intention and driving state by applying the drivers gesture, voice, and the driving state of the vehicle, which are obtained through the driver image, to the specific driver model.

    본 발명은 본 발명은 운전자 특성을 고려한 운전 지원 기술에 관한 것으로, 운전자를 촬상하여 운전자 이미지를 생성하는 카메라 센서, 운전자의 음성을 수신하는 음성 센서 및 차량의 운행상태를 수신하는 차량 센서를 포함하는 운전환경 센싱부, 상기 운전자 이미지를 기초로 운전자 특성을 결정하여 특정 운전자 모델을 선택하는 운전자 모델 결정부 및 상기 운전자 이미지를 통해 획득된 운전자 제스처, 상기 운전자의 음성 및 상기 차량의 운행상태를 상기 특정 운전자 모델에 반영하여 상기 운전자의 운전 의도와 운전 상태를 결정하는 운전자 상태 결정부를 포함한다.
