To provide an automatic driving operation planning device capable of achieving highly safe automatic driving even if there is a communication delay in automatic driving by external support.SOLUTION: In an automatic driving operation planning device 10, a data receiving section 101 receives support information relating to automatic driving of a vehicle from an external terminal by communication, and a delay time calculation section 103 calculates delay time of communication between the external terminal and the data receiving section 101. When the calculated delay time is equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold value, an operation plan generation section 106 generates an operation plan by setting a limit vehicle speed value so that the longer the delay time is, the smaller the limit vehicle speed value indicating the upper limit of the vehicle speed is, and the longer the delay time is, the smaller the limit vehicle speed value is with a large rate of change. A control section 107 controls the vehicle by automatic driving based on the generated operation plan.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】外部支援による自動運転において通信遅延があっても、安全性の高い自動運転を実現することができる自動運転運行計画装置を提供する。【解決手段】自動運転運行計画装置10において、データ受信部101は、通信により外部端末から車両の自動運転に関する支援情報を受信し、遅延時間算出部103は、外部端末とデータ受信部101との間の通信の遅延時間を算出する。運行計画生成部106は、算出された遅延時間が、所定の閾値以上である場合、遅延時間が長いほど車両の速度の上限を示す制限車速値を小さく、かつ、遅延時間が長いほど大きな変化率で制限車速値が小さくなるように制限車速値を設定して運行計画を生成し、制御部107は、生成された運行計画に基づいて、自動運転による車両の制御を行う。【選択図】図3
