To make a seal member less likely to be removed from an edge part of a window part.SOLUTION: A seal member holding structure 1 has: an outer panel 11 of a vehicle; an inner panel 12 provided at the inner side of the outer panel 11 when viewed in a vehicle width direction of the vehicle; a seal member 13 covering edge parts of the outer panel 11 and the inner panel 12 and having a curve part and a straight part; and multiple claw parts 122 formed at the inner panel 12 and used to hold the seal member 13. An interval of the claw parts 122, formed at the curve part, of the multiple claw parts 122 is smaller than an interval of the claw parts 122, formed at the straight part, of the multiple claw parts 122.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
