PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an obstacle determination device capable of improving the detection accuracy of a target object for a part of an action object at which the possibility of contact with the target object is high, while restraining cost increase.SOLUTION: An obstacle determination device 1 comprises a plurality of proximity sense sensors 2 attached to on action object which performs a preset action and detecting a distance to a target object, and an obstacle determination unit 6 for determining whether or not the target object will be an obstacle to the preset action in response to distances respectively detected by the proximity sense sensors 2. A first range being a range in which the distance is short in the preset action of the action object and a second range being a range excluding the first range on the action object are set in a part of the action object at which the proximity sense sensor 2 is attached. An interval between neighboring proximity sense sensors 2 attached in the first range is an interval smaller than an interval between neighboring proximity sense sensors 2 attached in the second range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】動作体のうち、被検知物に接触する可能性が高い位置に対して被検知物の検知精度を向上させるとともに、コストの増加を抑制することが可能な、障害物判定装置を提供する。【解決手段】予め設定した動作を行う動作体に取り付けられて被検知物との距離を検出する複数の近接覚センサ２と、複数の近接覚センサ２がそれぞれ検出した距離に応じて、被検知物が予め設定した動作に対する障害物となるか否かを判定する障害判定部６を備える障害物判定装置１であって、動作体のうち近接覚センサ２を取り付ける部分には、動作体のうち予め設定した動作において距離が近くなる範囲である第一範囲と、動作体のうち第一範囲を除く範囲である第二範囲が設定され、第一範囲に取り付けられている隣接した近接覚センサ２の間隔は、第二範囲に取り付けられている隣接した近接覚センサ２の間隔よりも小さい間隔である。【選択図】図１
