PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate magnitude of latent collision risk with high probability as possible, for efficiently reducing collision damage.SOLUTION: A collision occurrence probability and magnitude of damage when collision occurs, considering size and weight of an obstacle on an accident occurrence place, season and time zone, are expressed by a statistic model, based on past accident data for every route, and magnitude of collision risk on a zone where a train is traveling, is estimated, and when the estimated collision risk is high, speed control is performed.

    【課題】潜在的な衝突リスクの大きさを可及的に高い確率で推測することにより、衝突被害を効果的に軽減する。【解決手段】路線ごとに過去の事故データに基づいて、事故発生場所における障害物の大きさ・質量および季節や時間帯を考慮した衝突発生確率ならびに衝突が発生した場合の被害の大きさを統計モデルで表現し、列車の走行中の区間における衝突リスクの大きさを推定し、推定した衝突リスクが大きい場合は、速度制御を行う。【選択図】図2
