Ein Hauptbremszylinder einer Fahrzeugbremse weist ein Gehäuse, einen Motor, eine Schraube, einen Bewegungskolben, eine Führung und ein Druckbeaufschlagungsteil auf. Das Gehäuse weist einen Port auf, der zum Bewegen eines Hydraulikfluids konfiguriert ist. Der Motor ist mit dem Gehäuse verbunden und zum Bereitstellen einer Drehleistung konfiguriert. Die Schraube, ist drehbar in dem Motor installiert und derart konfiguriert, dass sie sich als Reaktion auf die Drehleistung des Motors dreht. Der Bewegungskolben ist in Zusammengriff mit einer Außenseite der Schraube und derart konfiguriert, dass er sich in einer Längsrichtung des Gehäuses als Reaktion auf die Drehung der Schraube bewegt. Die Führung ist durch das Gehäuse blockiert und wird am Drehen gehindert und ist derart konfiguriert, dass sie die Drehung des Bewegungskolbens verhindert und eine Linearbewegung des Bewegungskolbens in der Längsrichtung führt. Das Druckbeaufschlagungsteil ist zwischen dem Gehäuse und der Führung installiert und derart konfiguriert, dass es die Führung über eine Spannkraft druckbeaufschlagt.
A master cylinder of a vehicle brake includes a housing, a motor, a screw, a moving piston, a guide, and a pressurizing part. The housing includes a port configured to move hydraulic fluid. The motor is connected to the housing and configured to supply rotation power. The screw is rotatably installed in the motor and configured to rotate in response to the rotation power. The moving piston is engaged with an outside of the screw, and is configured to move in a longitudinal direction of the housing in response to rotation of the screw. The guide is blocked by the housing and constrained from rotating, and is configured to constrain rotation of the moving piston and guide linear movement of the moving piston in the longitudinal direction. The pressurizing part is installed between the housing and the guide, and is configured to pressurize the guide via an elastic force.
