According to the method, an anti-collision radar signal Rx1 of a rear coming vehicle can be automatically detected when the vehicle encounters an emergency condition, the signal modulation characteristics of the anti-collision radar signal Rx1 are extracted, the Doppler frequency shift fd1 of the anti-collision radar signal Rx1 is estimated, then an active anti-collision early warning signal Tx1 is generated and emitted, the Tx1 and the Rx1 have the same modulation characteristics, the fd1 is reversely compensated on the frequency, and the propagation time delay caused by the early warning distance D1 is advanced by two times on the time. By adopting the method, a virtual reflecting surface can be generated at the position D1 away from the accident vehicle to reflect the signal of the rear vehicle anti-collision radar, and the anti-collision early warning and linkage functions of the rear vehicle anti-collision radar are triggered beyond the safety early warning distance, so that the driving safety, especially the driving safety of a highway, is ensured.
