The invention discloses a driving safety early warning system and method. The system comprises a lane departure early warning (LDW) subsystem which is used for giving out an alarm reminding signal when a vehicle is found to deviate from a lane or press a line; a front vehicle collision early warning ADAS subsystem which sends a collision early warning signal when the vehicle approaches the front vehicle and exceeds a preset threshold value; a vehicle driving data analysis subsystem which is used for collecting and evaluating the vehicle state data and sending out a driving danger alarm signal when the vehicle is abnormal in driving; and a dangerous driving behavior analysis subsystem which outputs a dangerous driving reminding signal when judging that the driver has a dangerous driving behavior through a face recognition and action recognition module and by adopting a depth algorithm. According to the invention, the surrounding environment of the vehicle body and the subjective behavior and objective environment of the driver are identified and warned, and the monitoring integrity and the driving safety are greatly improved.
