The invention relates to the field of vehicle structures, and especially relates to a mounting structure. The mounting structure comprises a rubber main spring, a mount supporting arm, a support and abase used for installing the support, the support and the base are arranged up and down, a containing cavity is formed between the support and the base, the rubber main spring is installed in the containing cavity, the mount supporting arm is installed on the rubber main spring, the mounting structure further comprises a vertically-arranged spring, and the upper end and the lower end of the spring abut against the rubber main spring and the base respectively. The vertically-arranged spring increases the Z-direction rigidity of the rubber main spring, and does not affect the X/Y-direction rigidity, reliability is high, the spring and rubber main spring structure is adopted to change the mount three-direction proportion, and facilitates decoupling (the available proportion is large, so thatdecoupling rigidity is more in selection, and decoupling is convenient) of a mount system in order to improve NVH.

    本发明涉及车辆结构领域,尤其涉及一种悬置结构。它包括橡胶主簧、悬置托臂、支架及用于支架安装的底座,支架和底座上下布置且在支架与底座之间形成有容置腔,橡胶主簧安装在容置腔中,悬置托臂安装在橡胶主簧上,还包括竖向布置的弹簧,弹簧的上下两端分别与橡胶主簧及底座抵接。本发明中竖向布置的弹簧增加了橡胶主簧的Z向刚度,同时不影响X/Y向刚度,可靠性高,采用弹簧与橡胶主簧结构,可以改变悬置三向比例,方便悬置系统解耦(可用比例较大,所以解耦刚度选择多,解耦方便)提高NVH。
