To further increase load resistance of a mounting structure in which a mounting object is mounted on a mounting destination.SOLUTION: A mounting structure 60 is a mounting structure for mounting a mounting object (rear spoiler 20) to a mounting destination (vehicle body 30). The mounting structure 60 includes a mounting member 10 for mounting the rear spoiler 20 to the vehicle body 30 by a fixing member (fastening member 40), and the fastening member 40 includes a first fixing member (nut member 41) on the rear spoiler 20 side and a second fixing member (bolt member 42) provided on the vehicle body 30 side and engageable with the nut member 41. The mounting member 10 includes a base portion 11 provided with the nut member 41. The rear spoiler 20 includes a fixing portion base portion 51 to which the base portion 11 of the mounting member 10 is fixed, and a fixing portion opening portion 52 which is formed in the fixing portion base portion 51 to be smaller than the base portion 11 and through which the nut member 41 can be inserted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
