The invention provides a current collector with a transparent insulated shield or a non-transparent shield having a transparent window. A problem that the traditional three-rail current collector for a rail traffic vehicle is inconvenient to maintain, overhaul and observe because the shield of the traditional three-rail current collector is non-transparent or has no transparent window. The current collector is characterized by comprising an upper shield (1), a lower shield (2), a current collector body (3) and the like. The upper shield (1) and the lower shield (2) can be made of transparent insulated materials; or the transparent window is formed in the front surface of the upper shield made of a non-transparent material. The current collector with the transparent insulated shield or the non-transparent shield having the transparent window, provided by the invention, has an insulated protecting effect, is convenient to observe whether internal structural parts of the current collector are loosened and damaged or not, and is convenient to maintain and overhaul. The technical scheme provided by the invention can be widely applied to various three-rail current collectors for the rail traffic vehicles; or the original current collector can be improved through the technical scheme.
