The invention provides a parking guidance and backhaul vehicle-retrieving system in a parking lot. When a vehicle owner enters the parking lot and is ready to park a vehicle, a parking card written with license plate number of the vehicle driver is issued by a barrier gate, a central server reads free parking spaces in the parking lot, and guides the vehicle owner to find the nearest free parking space; and when the vehicle owner comes back to retrieve the vehicle, a card reading system in the parking lot can read the license plate number information in the parking card, the central server can check the position where the vehicle owner parks the vehicle, and reminds the vehicle owner of the parking space and parking direction through a screen. The parking space guidance system for the parking lot can be widely used in various large parking lots.
