Three case studies in the repair of honeycomb/comoposite structures in military/civil aircraft are presented. These are: repair of a crack in a composite underwing tank of a military aircraft, repair of cracks and dents on the flaps of a military aircraft and repair of a composite under carriage door for civil aircraft. These repairs were carried out using a variety of materials and techniques which has enabled the company to take up extensive repair and overhaul for civil and military aircraft repair programmes.
