Contributions of this work □ Introduce a multi-objective CMI optimization model which includes the CMI Parameters. □ Propose an adaptive multi-objective optimization algorithm to solve the assignment problem. □ Use the real data of flights and network in China to do the experiments, which indicate that DA-NSGA-II prevails over the MOGA and NSGA-II. Outlook: □ The military flights can be classified into several different kinds with respectively CMI weights, such as VIP flights, important flights, and training flights etc. □ The practical applications of the CMI method can be studied in the future.
