Provided are a driving assistance device and a recording medium recording a computer program that are capable of reducing the risk of collision between a subject vehicle and a moving object in consideration of a predicted motion of the moving object. This driving assistance device executes processes including: detecting moving objects around a subject vehicle and a surrounding environment of the subject vehicle; predicting driving behavior of the detected moving objects; calculating, for each predicted driving behavior of the moving objects, the risk of collision between the moving objects and the subject vehicle after a predetermined period of time on the basis of distances between the moving objects and the subject vehicle after the predetermined period of time and the probability of driving behaviors being carried out by the moving objects; and setting a driving condition for the subject vehicle whereby the risk of collision is minimized.
