The present invention relates to a treatment system for a goods transfer cart. The goods transfer card comprises a frame (10), a motor (30) installed on the frame (10), a driving shaft (40) connected to the motor (30) to rotate, wheels (50) connected to the driving shaft (40) on the frame (10) to be moved, a work table (60) for placing goods at the rear of the frame (10), and a turntable (90) on the work table (60). In the goods transfer cart, protective film treatment is performed on a surface through a protective film forming apparatus (100) in a state in which at least a portion is assembled, or at least one of the wheels (50), the work table (60), and the turntable (90) has the protective film treatment performed on the surface through the protective film forming apparatus (100). Therefore, the production system for the goods transfer cart which enables effective handling of objects and enhances durability of a contact surface of a transfer means in a handling process can be provided.
본 발명은, 물건 이송 대차의 가공시스템으로서, 상기 물건이송 대차는 프레임(10)과, 상기 프레임(10)에 모터(30)와, 상기 모터(30)에 연결되어 회전하는 구동축(40)과, 상기 프레임(10)에 상기 구동축(40)에 연결되어 이동되는 바퀴(50)와, 상기 프레임(10) 후방에 물건을 안치하는 작업대(60) 및 상기 작업대(60)에 턴테이블(90)을 포함하며, 상기 물건 이송 대차는, 적어도 일부 조립된 상태에서 보호막 형성 장치(100)를 통하여 표면에 보호막 처리가 수행되거나, 상기 바퀴(50), 상기 작업대(60) 및 상기 턴테이블(90) 중 적어도 어느 하나가 보호막 형성 장치(100)를 통하여 표면에 보호막 처리가 수행되는 물건 이송 대차의 가공시스템을 제공한다. 따라서, 대상물의 효과적인 취급이 가능하며, 취급과정에서 이송수단의 접촉면 내구성을 강화시키기 위한 물건 이송 대차 제작시스템을 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
