The present invention relates to a wheelset press which is realized to disassemble and assemble a vehicle axle and a vehicle wheel or disassemble and assemble a driving gear and a disc, comprising: a cylinder supporter frame installed on a base frame to let the wheelset endure a reaction force of a hydraulic cylinder when the wheelset is disassembled from and pressed by a vehicle wheel, and include a clamp which clamps the wheel; a tie bar which lets an end frame formed on the cylinder supporter frame endure the pressing force of the hydraulic cylinder applied to the end frame; a reaction frame which mounts various jigs for pressing the vehicle wheel in accordance with the type of the wheelset; a moving table used for disassembling and pressing the vehicle wheel of the wheelset and for allowing the vehicle axle to keep the center height and the horizontality with a ram of the cylinder; a rotary table for rotating the moving table for the vehicle wheel to rotate against the moving table; height control frames installed on corners of a lower side of the base frame to extend or contract up and down for the base frame to form a horizontality; and an elastic supporter installed on a lower side of the height control frame to use elastic force and absorb the vibration or impact transferred from the height control frame.

본 발명은 차축과 차륜을 분리 및 조립하거나 구동 기어 및 디스크의 분리 및 조립할 수 있도록 구현한 윤축 프레스에 관한 것으로, 베이스 프레임 위에 설치되어 윤축의 차륜과 분리, 압입하는데 유압 실린더의 반력에 견딜 수 있도록 하며 휠을 클래핑하는 클램프를 포함하는 실린더 써포터 프레임; 상기의 실린더 써포터 프레임에 형성된 엔드 프레임에 가해지는 유압 실린더의 압입력에도 견딜 수 있도록 하는 타이바; 상기의 윤축 종류에 따라 차륜을 압입하기 위한 각종 지그를 장착하는 반동 프레임; 상기 윤축의 차륜을 분리, 압입하는데 사용하며, 차축이 실린더의 램과 중심 높이 및 수평을 유지할 수 있도록 하는 이동 테이블; 상기의 이동 테이블에 차륜이 회전할 수 있도록 이동 테이블을 회전을 위한 회전 테이블; 상기 베이스 프레임의 하측 각 모서리에 설치되며, 상기 베이스 프레임이 수평을 이룰 수 있도록 상하 방향으로 신장 또는 수축하는 높이 조절 프레임; 및 상기 높이 조절 프레임의 하측에 설치되어 탄성력을 이용하여 상기 높이 조절 프레임으로부터 전달되는 진동이나 충격을 흡수하는 탄성 지지대;를 포함한다.
