The present invention relates to a system for predicting a driver's traffic accident rate which predicts an accident rate which may occur in the future for each driver through personal information possessed by an individual, past driving-related violation information, and accident information for any driver. According to the present invention, a public benefit effect of improving normal driving habits is expected through driving records generated in the daily life of the driver. The economic loss caused by traffic accidents can be improved through improved driving habits of the driver. In terms of insurance companies, it has the effect of providing the possibility of providing various services to drivers by measuring the insurance loss ratio using the driver's accident rate.

    본 발명은 임의의 운전자에 대해서 개인이 갖는 개인정보와 과거의 운전과 관련된 위반정보, 사고정보를 통해서 앞으로 발생할 수 있는 사고율을 운전자별로 예측하는 운전자의 교통사고율 예측 시스템에 관한 것이다. 이에 따른 본 발명은 운전자의 일상에서 발생되는 운전 기록을 통해서 평상시 운전습관 개선이라는 공익적 효과가 기대되고 이로 인하여 운전자가 개선된 운전습관을 통해 교통사고로 인한 경제적 손실이 개선되는 효과가 있으며 보험사측면에서 운전자의 사고율을 이용하여 보험손해율 측정을 통해 운전자에게 다양한 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 가능성을 제공하는 효과가 있다.
