A driver's drowsiness prevention device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a detection unit for detecting driver information; a driving assistance device that assists driving of a vehicle based on the driver information; and a control unit that determines a drowsy state based on at least one of the driver information and an operation of the driving assistance device and controls a lamp provided in at least one of the interior and exterior of the vehicle according to the drowsy state, so the driver's drowsiness prevention device can improve driving safety by biologically preventing driver's drowsiness.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 운전자 졸음 방지 장치는 운전자의 정보를 검출하는 검출부와, 상기 운전자의 정보를 기반으로 차량 주행을 보조하는 주행 보조 장치 및 상기 운전자의 정보 및 상기 주행 보조 장치의 동작 중 적어도 어느 하나를 기반으로 졸음 상태를 판단하며, 상기 졸음 상태에 따라 차량 내부 및 차량 외부 중 적어도 어느 하나에 구비된 램프를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하여, 생물학적으로 운전자의 졸음을 방지하여 주행 안전성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
