The present invention relates to a buoy with several means to ensure ease of loading and, more specifically, to a buoy in which a molding cup of a first shape made of a heat-deformable material is expanded into a second shape by gas injection, and which has an injection port through which the gas is injected and a body portion forming an empty space inside the first shape or an empty space inside the second shape, wherein the outside of the body portion is in close contact with a blow mold, and includes a first buoy and a second buoy in which the injection port is sealed after the molding cup is expanded into the second shape from the inside of the blow mold, the first buoy and the second buoy have the same shape, and the first buoy and the second buoy have a protrusion portion and a depression portion so that the first and second buoys of the same shape are stacked in radial or vertical direction.
열변형 재질로 된 제1 형상의 성형 컵이 기체 주입에 의하여 제2 형상으로 팽창된 것으로서, 상기 기체가 주입되는 주입구를 구비하고, 상기 제1 형상 내부의 빈 공간 또는 상기 제2 형상 내부의 빈 공간을 형성하는 몸체부를 구비하며, 상기 몸체부의 외부는 블로우 금형에 밀착되며, 상기 블로우 금형의 내부에서 상기 성형 컵이 상기 제2 형상으로 팽창된 후 상기 주입구가 밀폐되는 제1 부표 및 제2 부표를 포함하고, 상기 제1 부표 및 제2 부표는 동일한 형상이며, 상기 동일한 형상의 제1 부표 및 제2 부표가 반경 방향 또는 수직 방향으로 적층되도록 상기 제1 부표 및 상기 제2 부표에는 돌출부 및 함몰부가 마련되는 부표가 기재된다.
