The present invention relates to a movable cart capable of being easily switched into a locked state and a braking state. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the movable cart comprises: a lower housing connected to the lower end part of a body frame forming an outer frame and including a pair of support plates spaced apart from each other; a rolling wheel rotationally connected to the support plates; an operation lever rotationally connected to the support plates and rotating in one direction to allow one end part to come in contact with the rolling wheel; a locking lever rotating in one direction with respect to the body frame to rotate the operation lever in the one direction; a wire connecting the locking lever and the other end part of the operation lever, and applying tension to the other end part of the operation lever when the locking lever rotates in the one direction; a locking pin connected to the operation lever, moving in the radial direction of the rolling wheel to restrict rotation of the rolling wheel when the operation lever rotates in the one direction, and moving in an opposite direction to the radial direction of the rolling wheel to allow rotation of the rolling wheel when the operation lever rotates in the other direction; a brake lever connected to the body frame and rotating in one direction with respect to the body frame to rotate the operation lever in the one direction; and a tube exposing both end parts of the wire while the wire is inserted thereinto and having both end parts connected to the lower housing and the brake lever to press the other end part toward the one end part and apply tension to the wire when the brake lever rotates in the one direction.

본 발명의 일 실시예에 의하면, 이동식 카트는, 외골격을 형성하는 바디프레임의 하단부에 연결되며, 서로 이격된 한 쌍의 지지플레이트들을 구비하는 하부하우징; 상기 지지플레이트들에 회전가능하도록 연결되는 구름바퀴; 상기 지지플레이트들에 회전가능하도록 연결되며, 일방향으로 회전하여 일단부가 상기 구름바퀴에 접촉가능한 작동레버; 상기 바디프레임에 대하여 일방향으로 회전하여 상기 작동레버를 일방향으로 회전가능한 로킹레버; 상기 로킹레버와 상기 작동레버의 타단부를 연결하며, 상기 로킹레버가 일방향으로 회전하는 경우 상기 작동레버의 타단부에 장력을 인가하는 와이어; 상기 작동레버에 연결되며, 상기 작동레버가 타방향으로 회전시 상기 구름바퀴의 반경방향으로 이동하여 상기 구름바퀴의 회전을 제한하고, 상기 작동레버가 일방향으로 회전시 상기 구름바퀴의 반경반대방향으로 이동하여 상기 구름바퀴의 회전을 허용하는 로킹핀; 상기 바디프레임에 연결되며, 상기 바디프레임에 대하여 일방향으로 회전하여 상기 작동레버를 일방향으로 회전가능한 브레이크레버; 그리고 상기 와이어가 내부에 삽입된 상태에서 상기 와이어의 양단부가 노출되며, 일단부 및 타단부가 상기 하부하우징 및 상기 브레이크레버에 연결되어, 상기 브레이크레버가 일방향으로 회전하는 경우 상기 타단부가 상기 일단부를 향해 가압되고 상기 와이어에 장력이 인가되는 튜브를 포함한다.
