The present invention relates to a stationary state fixing concept (10) for fixing the stationary state of a vehicle (100). The stationary state fixing concept includes: a transmission lock device (20) for blocking transmission movement of the drive transmission (110) of the vehicle (100) in a locked position and activating the transmission movement in an activated position; and an anti-rotation fixing means (30) for blocking the movement of one drive wheel (122) of the drive axle (120) of the vehicle (100) in a parking position and activating the movement of the drive wheel (122) in a drive position. A drive wheel (124) opposite to the drive axle (120) is configured without an anti-rotation device (30).
본 발명은, 차량(100)의 정지상태를 고정하기 위한 정지상태 고정 개념(10)에 있어서, 상기 정지상태 고정 개념은 잠금 위치에서 차량(100)의 구동 변속기(110)의 변속기 운동을 차단하며 활성화 위치에서 변속기 운동을 활성화하기 위한 변속기 잠금 장치(20)를 구비하며, 주차 위치에서 차량(100)의 구동 차축(120)의 하나의 구동 휠(122)의 휠 운동을 차단하며 구동 위치에서 상기 구동 휠(122)의 휠 운동을 활성화하기 위한 회전-방지 고정 수단(30)을 추가로 구비하고, 상기 구동 차축(120)의 반대편 구동 휠(124)은 회전 방지용 장치(30) 없이 구성되는, 정지상태 고정 개념(10)에 관한 것이다.
