Disclosed is an apparatus for processing a leaked oil. According to the present invention, the apparatus for processing the leaked oil includes: a housing part of which the upper side is formed and opened on the lower side of a facility having the possibility that flammable liquid is leaked; a discharging pipe connected to the top of the housing part; and a fluid injection part injecting non-combustible liquid having greater specific gravity than the flammable liquid in the housing part and forming a layer structure by a difference in specific gravity from the flammable liquid.
