Disclosed is a reinforced soil block conveying apparatus, lifting a reinforced soil block for civil engineering by using a crane and conveying the same. The reinforced soil block conveying apparatus comprises: a grip main body having a C-shape, allowing an upper end bar to face a lower end bar, and having a connecting bar for connecting the upper end bar to the lower end bar; a link hinged to the upper end bar for rotation; a connecting rod of which one end is hinged to the link; a grip of which one end portion is hinged to the other end of the connecting rod, hinged to the end portion of the upper end to be rotationally driven, and supported by the block; and a tow-line fastened to the end portion of the link and connected to the crane.
