Embodiments of the present invention relate to an image-based drone control device. The image-based drone control device comprises: a display displaying a first image, captured by a first camera, on a first region; and a processing device identifying a control target drone in the first image. The processing device displays a second image, obtained by a second camera installed in the control target drone, on a second region in the display, when a predetermined event occurs. According to an embodiment of the present invention, when controlling a drone based on the image, control for the drone can be continuously performed even if the drone is not identified in the image.
실시예들은 제1 카메라에의해 촬영된 제1 영상을 제1영역에 표시하는 디스플레이 및 상기 제1 영상 내 제어대상드론을 식별하는 처리장치를 포함하되, 상기 처리장치는, 소정의 이벤트가 발생하면 상기 제어대상드론에 설치된 제2 카메라에의해 획득된 제2 영상을 상기 디스플레이 내 제2 영역에 표시하게 하는, 영상 기반의 드론 제어장치에 관련된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 영상 기반으로 드론을 제어할 시, 드론이 영상에서 식별되지 않더라도, 드론에 대한 제어를 연속적으로 수행할 수 있다.
