The present invention provides a solid dross discharge apparatus, comprising: a basket (110) storing solid dross (A) therein; a lifting and lowering member (120) positioned at a bottom surface of the basket (110) and lifting the solid dross (A) to be separated from the inside of the basket (110); and a cooling member (130) for circulating cooling gas or cooling water into the inside of the lifting and lowering member (120). The present invention can lift the solid dross fixated within the basket to be easily discharged to the outside. In addition, the present invention supplies the cooling gas or the cooling water to the outside of the basket to easily separate and discharge the solid dross. Particularly, the present invention does not need a transportation ring for gripping and transporting the solid dross like in the traditional art to reduce work time and save costs for purchasing the transportation ring. Besides, the present invention is provided with a separation member at the outside of the basket to easily separate and discharge the fixated solid dross.
본 발명은 내부에 고체 드로스(A)를 저장하기 위한 바스켓(110); 상기 바스켓(110)의 바닥면에 위치하여 고체 드로스(A)를 들어올려서 바스켓(110)의 내부에서 분리시키기 위한 승강부재(120); 상기 승강부재(120)의 내부로 냉각기체 또는 냉각수를 순환시키기 위한 냉각부재(130);를 포함하는 고체 드로스 배출장치를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명은 바스켓의 내부에 고착된 고체 드로스를 들어올려 외부로 쉽게 배출할 수 있는 효과를 갖는다. 또한, 본 발명은 바스켓의 외측에 냉각기체 또는 냉각수를 공급하여 고체 드로스를 쉽게 분리시켜 배출할 수 있는 효과를 갖는다. 특히 본 발명은 종래와 같이 고체 드로스를 집어서 운반하기 위한 운반고리가 필요하지 않으므로 작업시간을 단축하고 운반고리의 구입비용을 절감할 수 있는 효과를 갖는다. 아울러 본 발명은 바스켓의 외부에 분리부재를 구비하여 고착된 고체 드로스를 쉽게 분리시켜 배출할 수 있는 효과를 갖는다.
