이중화 라인을 이용한 선박 유지관리 시스템이 개시된다. 자율운항선박을 위한 이중화 라인을 이용한 선박 유지관리 시스템은, 자율운항선박의 수리 데이터를 수집하고, 수집된 수리 데이터를 분석하여 이중화 대상 부품을 도출하는 수리 분석 장치, 도출된 이중화 대상 부품이 이중으로 설치된 복수의 이중화 부품, 복수의 이중화 부품에 설치되어 복수의 이중화 부품의 상태를 측정하는 복수의 센서, 복수의 센서로부터 수신되는 센서 데이터를 분석하여 복수의 이중화 부품의 상태를 모니터링하고, 복수의 이중화 부품의 고장발생 여부를 판별하는 모니터링 장치 및 고장발생이 감지되는 경우, 고장발생이 감지된 이중화 부품의 동작 라인을 변경시키는 제어기를 포함한다.
Disclosed is a ship maintenance system using dualized lines which can replace a fault part among dualized parts with a reserve part when a fault occurs to perform the maintenance of an autonomous ship. The ship maintenance system using dualized lines for autonomous sailing comprises: a repair analysis device collecting repair data of an autonomous ship, and analyzing the collected repair data to derive parts to be dualized; a plurality of dualized parts resulting from doubly installing the derived parts to be dualized; a plurality of sensors installed on the plurality of dualized parts to measure the state of the plurality of dualized parts; a monitoring device analyzing sensor data received from the plurality of sensors to monitor the state of the plurality of dualized parts and determines whether a fault occurs in the plurality of dualized parts; and a controller changing an operating line of a dualized part with a sensed fault occurrence if the fault occurrence is sensed.
