The present invention relates to a multipurpose road management vehicle composed of a PLS platform and, more specifically, to a new concept of technology capable of quickly and conveniently loading and unloading a flat rack or a container in which various types of cargo can be loaded, as well as loading various working machines (a sprinkling tank, a deicing agent sprayer and the like) on the loaded flat rack such that the machines can be used for 4-season multiple road management purposes. In accordance with the present invention, various working machines made for various purposes while being able to be easily mounted on the top of a flat rack are mounted to maximize working efficiency, a pair of grippers performing a closure operation in accordance with the operation of a gripper cylinder installed on the rear side of a PLS assembly are made to fix a bottom frame of the flat rack while gripping the bottom frame, and, when not in use, a CHU is stably placed on a CHU rack installed in front of the PLS assembly, and also, when the CHU is used, a lifting pin of the CHU is lifted up to the same height as a hook of a hook arm in accordance with the operation of the lifting cylinder, and then, the hook arm is moved forward to be connected to the lifting pin of the CHU.

본 발명은 PLS플랫폼으로 구성된 다목적 도로관리차에 관한 것으로, 특히 다양한 화물을 적재할 수 있는 플랫랙 또는 컨테이너를 신속 간편하게 상, 하차하도록 함은 물론 상차된 플랫랙에 각종 작업장치(살수탱크, 제설제 살포기 등)를 탑재하여 4계절 다목적 도로관리의 용도로 사용하는 신개념의 기술에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 플랫랙의 상단에 탈부착이 용이하면서 다양한 목적에 부합되는 각종 작업장치를 탑재하여 작업의 효율성을 극대화하도록 하고, PLS조립체의 후방에 설치된 그립핑 실린더의 작동에 따라 오므림 작동하는 한 쌍의 그립퍼가 플랫랙의 바텀프레임을 파지하면서 고정할 수 있도록 하며, 상기 PLS조립체의 전방에 설치된 CHU 거치대에 미사용시 CHU를 안정적으로 거치함은 물론 상기 CHU를 사용할 경우 리프팅 실린더의 작동에 따라 CHU의 견인핀이 후크 암의 후크와 동일한 높이로 위치할 때까지 승강한 후 상기 후크 암을 전진시켜 CHU의 견인핀에 연결할 수 있도록 하는 기술을 강구함을 특징으로 한다.
