The present invention relates to a variable cockpit for construction heavy equipment, which comprises: a lower case provided with a boarding unit which has an upper portion opened such that a driver may board the same, a door which is hinge-coupled to one side surface between both side surfaces of a wall body of the boarding unit, and an outer rail of a circular arc shape, which is provided on the outside of the both side surfaces of the wall body of the boarding unit facing each other, from an upper side to a lower side; a front surface case which adjusts an accommodating space of the lower case by having a guide wall body which is arranged to face each other with the width wider than that of the wall body of the lower case adjacent to each other, a front surface plate having a front surface reinforcing glass to connect both ends of the guide wall body, and an inner rail individually arranged on the inside of both sides of the guide wall body in order to be coupled to the outer rail and to be moved along the outer rail; and an upper opening and closing unit provided with an upper surface unit which is rotatably coupled to the front surface plate of the front surface case and has an upper surface reinforcing glass on an upper side, and an expansion side surface wall body which is arranged at both side surfaces of the upper surface unit to face each other with the width wider than that of the wall body of the lower case, in order to expand a boarding space of a cockpit.

본 발명은 건설중장비용 가변형 조종실에 관한 것으로서, 상부가 개방되어 운전자가 탑승할 수 있는 탑승부와, 탑승부의 벽체 양측면 중 일측면에 힌지 결합되는 도어와, 탑승부의 서로 마주보는 벽체의 양측면 바깥에 상측에서 하측으로 원호형상의 외측레일을 구비하는 하부케이스; 서로 이웃하는 상기 하부케이스의 벽체의 폭보다 넓게 서로 마주보도록 배치되는 가이드벽체와, 전면강화유리를 구비하여 가이드벽체의 양단을 연결하는 전면판과, 가이드벽체의 양쪽 내측에 각각 배치되어 외측레일과 결합되어 외측레일을 따라 이동하는 내측레일을 구비하여 하부케이스의 수용공간을 조정하는 전면케이스; 및 전면케이스의 전면판에 회동가능하게 결합되고, 상측에 상면강화유리를 구비하는 상면부와 상면부의 양측면에서 하부케이스의 벽체의 폭보다 넓게 서로 마주보도록 배치되어 조정실의 탑승공간을 확장시키는 확장 측면벽체를 구비하는 상부개폐부;를 포함한다.
