Disclosed is an evaporated gas reliquefaction system for a vessel and a method thereof. According to the present invention, the evaporated gas reliquefaction system for the vessel comprises: a first compressor which compresses evaporated gas generated by a liquid cargo hold by multiple stages; a first heat exchanger which uses evaporated gas before being compressed by the first compressor as a refrigerant to make the evaporated gas compressed by the first compressor exchange heat and be cooled down; a second heat exchanger which additionally cools down a fluid additionally cooled down by the first heat exchanger; a second compressor installed parallel to the first compressor to compress the evaporated gas; a first pressure-reducing apparatus which reduces the pressure of the fluid compressed by the second compressor and allowed to exchange heat in the second heat exchanger; a second pressure-reducing apparatus which reduces the pressure of the fluid additionally cooled down by the second heat exchanger; a third compressor which compresses the fluid, whose pressure is reduced by the first pressure-reducing apparatus and which is allowed to exchange heat again in the second heat exchanger, and returns the fluid towards an upstream side of the second compressor; and a detour unit which, in a closed loop formed by connecting the second compressor, the second heat exchanger, the first pressure-reducing apparatus, the second heat exchanger again, the third compressor, and the second compressor again, circumvents the first pressure-reducing apparatus and allows the fluid discharged from the second heat exchanger to enter the second heat exchanger again. The present invention aims to provide the evaporated gas reliquefaction system for the vessel and the method thereof, which are able to actively deal with a factor lowering a performance of a heat exchanger and a decrease in a flow rate of BOG.

    선박용 증발가스 재액화 시스템이 개시된다. 상기 선박용 증발가스 재액화 시스템은, 액체화물창으로부터 발생되는 증발가스를 다단으로 압축시키는 제1 압축기; 상기 제1 압축기에 의하여 압축된 증발가스를, 상기 제1 압축기에 의하여 압축되기 전의 증발가스를 냉매로 사용하여, 열교환시켜 냉각시키는 제1 열교환기; 상기 제1 열교환기에 의하여 추가로 냉각된 유체를 추가로 냉각시키는 제2 열교환기; 상기 제1 압축기와 병렬로 설치되어, 증발가스를 압축시키는 제2 압축기; 상기 제2 압축기에 의해 압축된 후 상기 제2 열교환기에서 열교환된 유체를 감압시키는 제1 감압장치; 상기 제2 열교환기에 의하여 추가로 냉각된 유체를 감압시키는 제2 감압장치; 상기 제1 감압장치에 의해 감압된 후 상기 제2 열교환기에서 다시 열교환된 유체를 압축시켜 상기 제2 압축기의 상류측으로 되돌리는 제3 압축기; 및 상기 제2 압축기, 상기 제2 열교환기, 상기 제1 감압장치, 다시 상기 제2 열교환기, 상기 제3 압축기, 및 다시 상기 제2 압축기를 연결하여 형성되는 폐루프에서, 상기 제1 감압장치를 우회하여 상기 제2 열교환기로부터 나온 유체가 다시 상기 제2 열교환기로 들어가도록 하는 우회 유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
