The present invention relates to a boat for freshwater fishing which comprises: a main buoyancy member which includes: a first buoyancy pipe with a first air cushion layer made of a plurality of layers on an internal surface making a thickness of a pipe, and first sealing caps which seal both end units of the first buoyancy pipe; an auxiliary buoyancy member which includes: a second buoyancy pipe with a second air cushion layer formed on an internal surface, second sealing caps which seal both end units of the second buoyancy pipe, and a buoyancy adjusting means which rotates the second buoyancy pipe up and down to come in contact with or not to come in contact with the water surface; a seat panel on which fishers sit to control the driving of the boat for freshwater fishing and to enjoy fishing; a frame unit which includes: a plurality of support frames whose lower side is engaged with the first buoyancy pipe and which is engaged with the buoyancy adjusting means to be rotatable on a circumferential surface, and connecting frames which connect both end units of the support frames; a propulsion providing motor engaged with the support frames to provide a certain propulsion; and an impact absorption member whose lower end unit is engaged with the connecting frames and whose upper end unit is engaged with the seat panel to provide a certain elastic force to the seat panel. The present invention aims to provide the boat for freshwater fishing, which is able to easily control buoyancy for two or more fishers to use regardless of a water depth.
