The present invention relates to a driving apparatus for a rear wheel of an environmentally friendly vehicle and an operation apparatus, comprising: a rear wheel driving portion including a first motor and a second motor for driving a first rear wheel and a second rear wheel respectively; a rear wheel reduction portion for reducing driving force of the first motor and the second motor respectively to transfer the reduced driving force to the first rear wheel and the second rear wheel; a brake for fixing the rear wheel reduction portion to be disassembled with respect to a vehicle body; and a control portion for controlling the rear wheel driving portion, the rear wheel reduction portion; and the brake. The rear wheel reduction portion comprises: a first planetary gear set disposed between an output end of the first motor and the first rear wheel; a second planetary gear set disposed between an output end of the second motor and the second rear wheel; and a ring gear coupled to the first planetary gear set and the second planetary gear set at both ends respectively. Accordingly, the environmentally friendly vehicle is independently driven by power of motors provided at both sides of the rear wheels so that not only driving force of the vehicle in a longitudinal direction can be improved, but also stability in controlling the vehicle such as sudden direction conversion or lane change can be improved.

    본 발명은 친환경 차량의 후륜 구동장치에 관한 것으로, 작동장치에 관한 것으로, 제1후륜과 제2후륜을 각각 구동시키기 위한 제1모터와 제2모터를 포함하는 후륜 구동부와, 제1모터와 제2모터의 구동력을 각각 감속하여 제1후륜 및 제2후륜에 각각 전달하는 후륜 감속부와, 후륜감속부를 차체에 대하여 해제 가능하게 고정하는 브레이크와, 후륜구동부와 후륜감속부 및 브레이크를 제어하기 위한 제어부를 포함하되, 후륜감속부는, 제1모터의 출력단과 제1후륜 사이에 배치되는 제1유성기어셋과, 제2모터의 출력단과 제2후륜 사이에 배치되는 제2유성기어셋과, 양측에 각각 제1유성기어셋과 제2유성기어셋이 결합되는 링기어를 포함하여 구성된다. 따라서, 후륜 양측에 각각 구비되는 모터의 동력에 의해 독립적으로 구동됨으로써, 차량의 종방향 구동력을 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐 아니라 급박한 방향 전환이나 차선 변경과 같은 차량의 조종 안정성을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
