To provide a self-driving vehicle that causes an unmanned and parked vehicle to evacuate at a time of disaster occurrence and the like.SOLUTION: A self-driving vehicle comprises: a driving-purpose actuator 27; a communication unit 17 that receives an evacuation command transmitted to an unmanned and parked vehicle; a start-up control unit 62 that, when the evacuation command is received, starts up the vehicle; a destination setting unit 63 that, when the evacuation command is received, sets a vehicle destination; and a driving control unit 26 that, after the vehicle is started up, controls the driving-purpose actuator 27 so that the vehicle drives to the vehicle destination set by the destination setting unit 63 thanks to self driving.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
