To propose technology to prevent collision to a pier even when an operation error occurs in a maneuvering device in shore-arrival of a vessel.SOLUTION: A maneuvering system 20 includes: a plurality of propulsion devices 9 loaded on a hull including propellers 3A, 3B, and mooring machines 10A, 10B; a distance meter 27 for detecting mooring distance which is the distance from the hull to a pier attempting shore-arrival; a maneuvering equipment 80 for outputting a propulsion command to the propulsion device; and a controller for acquiring mooring distance and the propulsion command, deriving propulsion command restriction value corresponding to the mooring distance based on the given relationship of the propulsion command restriction value becoming smaller as the pier distance becomes smaller, controlling the plurality of propulsion devices so that distributed propulsion is outputted from respective plurality of propulsion devices by distributing the propulsion corresponding to the restricted propulsion command to the plurality of propulsion devices by having the propulsion command be propulsion command restriction value when the propulsion command outputted from the maneuvering equipment is more than the propulsion command restriction value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】船舶を着岸させる際に、操縦機器の誤操作が発生しても船舶の岸壁への衝突を阻止する技術を提案する。【解決手段】操船システム20は、推進機3A,3Bと係船機10A,10Bとを含む船体に搭載された複数の推進デバイス9と、船体から着岸しようとする岸壁までの距離である接岸距離を検出する距離計27と、推進デバイスへの推進指令を出力する操縦機器80と、接岸距離及び推進指令を取得し、接岸距離が小さくなるのに伴って推進指令制限値が小さくなる所与の関係に基づいて接岸距離と対応する推進指令制限値を求め、操縦機器から出力される推進指令が推進指令制限値以上である場合は、推進指令を推進指令制限値とし、制限された推進指令に対応する推力を複数の推進デバイスに配分し、複数の推進デバイスの各々から配分された推力が出力されるように複数の推進デバイスを制御する制御装置と、を備える。【選択図】図3
