【課題】車輪速センサによる車輪速検出値を時間微分して算出される車体加速度推定値を最適補正することにより、車体加速度推定値に基づく車両の制御を精度よく行えるようにする。【解決手段】演算手段により算出される路面傾斜角θｒを車体加速度推定値Ａにより微分した微分値（∂θｒ／∂Ａ）が、予め設定された閾値Ｔｈ以下かどうかが補正手段２２により判断され、微分値（∂θｒ／∂Ａ）が閾値Ｔｈより大きい場合には、補正手段２２により、車体加速度推定値Ａに予め規定された補正係数が掛け算され、路面傾斜角θｒを補正後の車体加速度推定値Ａで微分した微分値（∂θｒ／∂Ａ）が閾値Ｔｈ以下になるまで、補正係数の掛け算を繰り返す補正が行われる。【選択図】図５
