THROTTLE GRIP DEVICE AND SADDLE-RIDING TYPE VEHICLE
To transmit a rotational load corresponding to an angle of rotation of a throttle grip to a rider as a feeling of operation that the rider has through the throttle grip.SOLUTION: A throttle grip device which controls output of a drive source according to an opening of a throttle grip supported to enable rotational operation comprises: an opening detection sensor which detects an angle of rotation of the throttle grip; a control part which generates a control signal based upon the angle of rotation; and a rotational load generation device which generates a rotational load as resisting force in the opposite direction from the rotational operation direction of the throttle grip. The rotational load generation device generates and outputs the rotational load based upon the control signal to the throttle grip.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
