To guarantee safety with respect to vehicle control and improve usability in a compatible manner in an on-vehicle device which cannot perform automatic driving alone and requires an assistance of vehicle control.SOLUTION: A control system 0 consists of an on-vehicle device 1 and a control apparatus 2 which are time-synchronized. The control system 0 comprises: a travelable time calculation unit 225 for calculating a travelable time in which it is guaranteed that a vehicle mounting the on-vehicle device 1 thereon does not collide with an obstacle on a travel trajectory in a target area where the vehicle passes; a travel possibility determination unit 13 which determines validity of the travelable time; and a trajectory tracing unit 14 by which when it is determined that the travelable time is valid, the on-vehicle device 1 is permitted to trace the travel trajectory.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
