To provide a quick charger that outputs electric power to all power feed connectors from units other than a power conversion unit equipped with a DC switchgear in which an abnormality has occurred.SOLUTION: Each of n (n≥x) power conversion units to be charged via x power supply connectors of the quick charger, comprises: x positive electrode DC switchgears 22a-1 to n-X, in which x input positive electrode terminals are connected to a positive electrode of a power converter unit that converts alternating current to direct current, and when an m-th (1≤m≤x) output positive terminal among x output positive terminals, is commonly connected to an m-th output positive terminal of other power conversion units and turned on, direct current is output from the commonly connected m-th terminal to a power feed connector; and x negative electrode DC switchgears 23a-1 to n-X, in which x input negative electrode terminals are connected to a negative electrode of the power converter unit, and when an m-th terminal among x output negative electrode terminals is commonly connected to an m-th output negative electrode terminal of other power conversion units and turned on, direct current is output from the commonly connected m-th output negative terminal to the power feed connector.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
